The unnamed Woman's Reflection (Emily Rudd) is the villainess of "Woman in the Mirror", a 2015 PSA released by the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration). The PSA opened with a woman entering a restroom and standing in front of the mirror to put on lip gloss.
It was then that the woman's reflection gained sentience and complimented the brunette's appearance before reminding her that her friends wanted to go to another bar. The woman, realizing that she would have to drive, informed her reflection that she was drunk. Despite this, however, the woman's reflection insisted that she was fine.
When the brunette continued to express doubt, her evil reflection leaned in closer and ordered her to pick up her keys and get into her car; callously continuing to try and persuade the brunette to drive under the influence. After rejecting her sinister reflection's demand once again, the woman was distracted by another woman entering the bathroom, ending the ad under the assumption that she did not go through with her reflection's order.
