Witch-Eye (Dana Shum) was a henchwoman in the 1975 Sci-Fi film "Infra-Man". In the US English dubbed version, she is called She-Demon.
Witch-Eye was the beautiful-but-deadly servant to Demon Princess Elizebub (Terry Liu). She has a horned helmet and eyes on the palms of her hands that shoot green beams that are hypnotic and destructive.
Witch-Eye is in charge of running the underground base's machinery. When Infra-Man invades she fights him off by using the base's various machinery against him. She also fires energy blasts from her hands. At the end of the film, Infra-Man cuts off her hands and then kicks her into a pit of lava.
