Wilhelmina “Willie” Fraser (Sharon Acker) is the villainess who appeared in the 1986 episode "Keep The Home Fries Burning" for the TV series, Murder, She Wrote.

Wilhelmina and her friend, Betty Fidler, were travellers, they stopped by in Cabot Cove‘s famous eatery for a stop and break. Suddenly, there was an epidemic of food poisoning in the restaurant, which affected both Wilhelmina and Betty, with Betty badly affected and eventually died. It was revealed that the poison came from the strawberry preserve in the restaurant and someone tampered with it.

And that someone was Wilhelmina, she poisoned the strawberry preserves in an attempt to murder Betty, which worked. However, the food poisoning epidemic was accidental, as she did not notice that Sheriff Amos Tupper took the preserve and the server then handed the preserve to everyone.

Wilhelmina’s motive was that Betty was having an affair with her husband. Jessica Fletcher was able to pinpoint Wilhelmina for the murder in the matter of tracing back the origin of the strawberry preserves, it came from Wilhelmina and Betty’s table. Jessica also noticed that Wilhelmina’s bag smelled of strawberries as the preserve spilled in her bag as she was trying to dispose of it. Another incriminating evidence was that Jessica remembered that Wilhelmina already paid for tips through a cheque, and when she stated that she was going to live a tip, she actually took the strawberry preserve. Wilhelmina eventually confessed to Betty’s murder, much to her husband’s shock, and she was arrested.
