The Wicked Witch (Natalija Nogulich) was the main villainess from Charmed episode 5.03: "Happily Ever After" (airdate September 29, 2002).
The Wicked Witch's backstory had her imprisoned in her magic mirror for her numerous crimes, and was kept watch by the Keeper of the Fairy Tales. In the episode, the mirror falls and breaks, freeing the villainess from her imprisonment. She killed the Keeper and trapped his apprentice in the mirror. When she asked him who the most powerful witch was, the Wicked Witch was told that there were three more powerful than her: The Charmed Ones.
The Wicked Witch got to work on her mission to kill the Charmed Ones, using the fairy tale relics. She sent glass slippers to Phoebe (which resulted in her being trapped in a pumpkin by midnight), and placed a poisoned apple for Paige to bite on, which she does and falls into a deep sleep. After the huntsman failed to kill Piper, the Wicked Witch sent the Big Bad Wolf after Piper and Grams. The wolf devoured Grams and later morphed into an evil clone of Grams before devouring Piper, only for Piper to destroy the wolf from the inside, freeing herself and Grams. At episode's end, the Wicked Witch was vanquished by Piper, using a potion from the Book of Shadows. With the Wicked Witch's death, all of her spells were reversed.
