White Cloud (Adele Palacios) is a villainess in the 1965 episode "Washington 4, Indians 3" for the TV series "Get Smart".
White Cloud is an attractive Indian woman in her twenties. She is the ‘Princess of the tribe’, as she is the daughter of the leader. Cloud seem to be very good at manipulating people, as she persuades her father Red Cloud to keep Smart alive for fifteen minutes so she can make love to him.
White Cloud is about to be married to someone, but Maxwell and Agent 99 capture him and Smart masquerades as him.
Smart and Cloud meet each-other and she is confused by him persisting to talk to her about the war that her father is planning. He tries to get her to help him, but she doesn’t; White Cloud instead tries to get him to treat her like an Indian husband should. Smart contacts Agent 99 to tell him what to do. 99 tells him that he should ‘touch her face, stroke her hair and kiss her...’ We don’t know what he is supposed to do as a jealous 99 tells him to kiss her elbows! An angry Cloud tells him he is a weirdo, and Smart subdues her by grabbing her pigtails, tying them to a pole and gagging her. He leaves her stuck there.
When Maxwell has been captured by he father, White Cloud, having freed herself, bursts in and persuades him to keep Smart alive for fifteen minutes because she likes him, despite knowing that he is an imposter. However, 99 comes in at that exact moment, holds the Indians at gunpoint, tells the Indians to get away from Smart and tells Cloud to ‘get the furthest away.’
At the end of the episode, it is revealed that her father has reformed, but she hasn’t. Her father tries to get Smart to marry Cloud, But is is presumed that he doesn’t because she is never seen again and he marries Agent 99 later in the series. Luckily for her, there were no criminal charges against her.
