Water Demon (It Starts with the Confession to the Beauty Master)

The Water Demon is one of four demon kings sent to conquer the noble Dao Sect of cultivators. She is the cruelest of the kings, attempting to drown an entire village. One-off antagonist who appears in Chinese manhua It Starts with the Confession to the Beauty Master issues 33-34.

Story[]

The evil Demon Emperor’s daughter is defeated by Dao Sect’s lead cultivator Zhang Yi. She enacts revenge by sending four demon kings to conquer the sect. Each of these demon kings magically controls an element (fire, water, wind, and earth). The vanguard for the attack is the Wind Demon, but she is defeated and forced into service by Zhang Yi. The Water Demon arrives on the battlefield, demanding the Dao Sect surrender or be destroyed.

The water Demon starts to flood the Dao village with a giant wave. Zhang Yi arrives and orders the captive Wind Demon to use gale force winds direct the water back at the Water Demon who chokes on it. The Water Demon jets her remaining water reserve at Zhang Yi, but he simply captures it in his magical ‘bag of holding’. Zhang Yi boils the water and then forces the Water Demon to swallow it, causing her belly to swell. She frantically pushes him away and spits the water inside of her at him, but he just once again sends the water right back at her. Seeing she is inundated and can’t cope; Zhang Yi jokingly says he’ll make it easier to for her to handle the water. He then turns her into a fish. Zhang Yi and his allies consider eating her for dinner, but he decides instead to make her a pet for the sect leader.
