Virginia Lee (ヴァージニア・リー) is the primary antagonist of "The Female Fugitive" (女逃亡者), the final chapter* of the final volume of the crimefighting manga "Mad Bull 34" (マッド・ブル34).
The story begins with Virginia handcuffed and sitting in the back of a police car with two officers on either side of her. As they pass by a cemetery, she begins telling them a ghost story. With everyone's guard now down as they listen, Virginia forcefully strikes the two officers beside her with her cuffed hands, knocking them unconscious. She then quickly grabs one of the men's handguns and tells the driver to have sex with her, with the threat of death if he refuses. The driver complies, but upon climaxing, Virginia shoots and kills him anyways. She then delivers further headshots to the other two officers, uses the acquired key to remove her handcuffs, and escapes.
At the police station, Chief Alan states that Virginia is a former model with a heart of ice, who has already managed to kill six cops and two detectives. He adds that she has taken refuge in an abandoned building somewhere in the Bronx and has two children as hostages. Chief Alan chooses protagonists Daizaburo Ban and Perrine Valley to take the case, as since the latter has the physical beauty to rival Virginia coupled with the inner purity that the villainess lacks, the male officer will not be affected by her charms. As a backup in case things go south, hero "Sleepy" John Estes is given permission to use his great strength to stop her.
When the three arrive at the Bronx, they are horrified to find the place littered with the corpses of police officers. Noticing their arrival, Virginia begins firing her machine gun at them, and even tosses a grenade their way. She then threatens to shoot the male of her child hostages if they don't show themselves. When Diazaburo and Perrine walk forward with their hands raised, Virginia asks if they are lovers. The young man answers and states that the two of them will be getting married soon.
Virginia follows up by asking Diazaburo what love means to him. When he answers "self sacrifice", the villainess tells him to prove it and fires several bullets into his body. She is surprised to see, moments later, the officer get back up to shield his lover. Virginia riddles him with more bullets, but again he rises. Having had enough of this, Sleepy charges at the building with an impact so mighty it brings the entire structure crumbling down. The brawny man manages to catch the two children as they fall, but he gets several shots in his back when an injured Virginia emerges from the rubble. Thinking fast, Daizaburo finally puts an end to her terror by shooting her in the head.
- Because the chapter carries the label of "Extra Edition" and because it features both Daizaburo and Perrine alive after they had been killed in previous volumes, it can be assumed that this chapter was one that had been designed at an earlier time and was held over until the final volume.
