The unnamed Vanity Killer is the villainess of Vanity, a 15-second horror film released on October 19, 2018. The film opened with a woman putting on makeup in front of a mirror, with blood being present running down her neck.
It was then that a woman's deceased body was shown lying on the ground, having been killed as she was attempting to use a phone to call for help. Her facial skin was also shown to have been ripped from her body, with a complete shot of the brunette woman's face serving as a shocking revelation: the woman had attacked and killed the woman for the purpose of taking her face as her own. Having stitched the face onto her own, the psychotic villainess admired her disturbed handiwork in the mirror.
