She was originally a famous ice skater from Bulgaria, but she got kidnapped by the evil dentist Dr. Jay , and he turned her into a crazy, deranged nurse. When Sam, Alex and Clover came to the office to find out what had happened to the 3 people gone missing, Myra grabbed Sam, ate through the wall with her pointy teeth, and ran of with Sam, cackling evily. It is unknown what happened to her after Dr. Jay was defeated.
