Shelley (Sarah Jayne Jensen) is a redeemed antagonist in Hairspray. Of all the girls on the Corny Collins Show besides Amber, she seems to be the meanest. She, of course, formerly hated black people, but she also appears to either be jealous of or just not like Amber, as she usually is the one to try and steal her spotlight, push her out of the cameras, or subtly torment her.
