Whisp (Jonquil Goode) is the reformed main villain in Monster High 13 Wishes. She is the sister of Gigi the genie. She manipulates and hypnotizes people who find the magic lamp into setting her free so she can tell them what to wish for and use it for her own benefits, aiming to send everyone into the lamp and replace them with clones and rule the world as a dictatorship. She almost wins after posessing Howleen, but after Howleen goes to normal, Whisp turns good.
Physical Appearance[]
When evil, Whisp looks identical to Gigi, with tattoos, a two-tone ponytail hairstyle, Middle Eastern/Indian inspired clothing and a magic trail instead of legs (however she gets legs during her rise to power). When she becomes a friend, her colours change to reveal she is coloured just like Gigi, but in reverse. She also gets her legs back.
