Sara (Bridget Barkan) is a minor villainess from "Babes", episode 10.06 of Law & Order: SVU (airdate November 11, 2008). She, alongside her friend Seth, were a duo that tracked down and assaulted homeless people they ran into. They additionally recorded their attacks and posted them on their website, Street Cleaners.
One of Sara and Seth's victims was schizophrenic Josh Galli, who was later castrated and set on fire, resulting in his death. After learning from Josh's father Tom about the Street Cleaners website, as Josh had disclosed to him about his assault, the SVU detectives set up a sting operation to catch them. They went about doing so by calling the Street Cleaners' tip line and having Detective John Munch pose as a delusional homeless man. As anticipated, Sara and Seth attacked Munch, with Sara wielding a baseball bat as she did in her assault on Josh. Elliot Stabler and Fin Tutuola rushed in and arrested Sara and Seth, with the detectives being surprised to unmask Sara and see that one of the assailants was a woman.
When interrogated by Munch and Stabler, Sara showed no remorse for her violent actions and snarled at Seth to shut up when he tried to suggest they stay quiet. Sara went on to reveal the source of her vendetta against the homeless: her father had been murdered by a homeless man with a history of violence, and instead of being arrested, he was simply transferred between hospitals and prisons. She was able to prove her and Seth's innocence in Josh's murder, however, by having Seth show them photos that proved they were at a bar trying to get pictures of drunk people for another site Seth worked for. Despite this, Sara and Seth were arrested (off-screen) for multiple counts of assault.
