Delusional kidnapper Loraine Campbell
Loraine Campbell aka Elise Babcock (Heidi Fielek) is the main villainess of the 2015 Lifetime film Online Abduction (alternately titled Cyber Case and Kidnapped: The Search For Tommy).
History[]
Loraine was married to Matt Fletcher when she was young, but ended their relationship after suffering several miscarriages and her daughter Ashley turning out to be stillborn. After Loraine left him, Matt moved on and married real estate agent Jackie and together had a son named Tommy. Wanting her family back, the delusional Loraine began stalking the family on social media, using their various posts to find out where they lived.

Loraine eventually approached Jackie's teenage daughter (and Matt's stepdaughter) Isabel when she was at the park with Tommy, posing under the alias of daycare worker Elise Babcock and claiming one of the boys on the playground was her son. Later on, during another visit to the park, Loraine waited until Isabel was busy getting Tommy his lunch before luring the young boy to her car and taking him to her home. As the panicked Fletchers searched for Tommy, Lorraine taunted Jackie (whom she deeply resented) with anonymous messages and Tweets, including leaving a teddy bear at their front door. She also copied pictures of Tommy and posted them on her Twitter account with loving messages as if Tommy were her own child.
Loraine's plan was to take Tommy to visit her ailing mother in the hospital, and the detectives used this to set up a meeting between Matt and Loraine so they could rescue Tommy. But the plan hit a snag when Loraine got a text from the hospital revealing that her mother had died earlier that day. When the police arrived at Loraine's house, Loraine confronted them at the back porch, holding Tommy in front of her. Matt came up to Loraine and tried to talk her down by playing into her delusions, but failed by mentioning Jackie and angering Loraine. But Isabel managed to defeat Loraine by running up to her and claiming to be her dead daughter. Her plan worked, as she was able to persuade Loraine into hugging her, allowing Tommy to run away and for the police to apprehend the villainess.
