Villainous bully Jess Felton
Jess Felton (Renee Olstead) was a villainess from the 2015 horror film Unfriended. She was a high school student and a friend of the rest of the film's main protagonists (Blaire Lily, Mitch Rousel, Ken Smith, Adam Sewell, and Val Rommel). She was also revealed as a bully of classmate Laura Barns, having posted anonymous bullying comments on the embarrassing viral video of her that led her to commit suicide.
The film's events had Jess in a Skype group chat with her friends, which was intruded on by an anonymous user later identified as the vengeful spirit of Laura. After initially taunting the group by hacking their social media accounts, Laura killed Val and Ken before tormenting the group by forcing them to play "Never Have I Ever", using the game to force them to reveal their secrets.
During the game, Jess was forced to reveal that she had started a rumor that Blaire had an eating disorder and that she had stolen money from Adam. :Later on, after Laura had killed Adam, she attempted to ask Jess a question to force her to reveal that she had vandalized her grave. After tearfully claiming she hadn't done anything, Jess hid in her bathroom as Blaire attempted to get someone to call for help via Chatroulette. But before help could arrive, Laura possessed Jess and forced her to kill herself by shoving a curling iron into her mouth, later sending a picture of Jess's corpse to Blaire and Mitch.
