Spoiled bully Harper
Harper (Ashley Dulaney) is the villainess from the 2015 Lifetime film Babysitter's Black Book. Harper was a wealthy and spoiled high school student and the rival of protagonist Ashley. Harper applied for the prestigious Pressman University, but was waitlisted when Ashley got accepted ahead of her. Harper confronted Ashley in the stairwell of their high school, mocking her for the fact that her parents were out of work and couldn't help her with tuition along with accusing her of not being worthy of going to Pressman. Ashley countered by calling her a "spoiled rich bitch", and their fight culminated with Harper slapping Ashley and Ashley shoving Harper in return.
Harper discovered that Ashley and her friends' secret life of sleeping with the men whose children they babysat for in exchange for money, doing so when Ashley had a tryst with her uncle. After the girls both received academic awards from a teacher, Harper confronted Ashley about her secret, threatening to tell everyone her secret unless she rejected her acceptance to Pressman. When Ashley didn't go through with the threat, the evil Harper told a local paper about the prostitution ring, later passing out papers with the story printed on the cover page. This led to mass humiliation towards Ashley and her friends, as well as Harper being accepted into Pressman when Ashley's acceptance was revoked.

- Ashley Dulaney went on to play the evil Rebecca in the Lifetime film The House Sitter, which premiered ten months after Babysitter's Black Book.
- Ashley Dulaney also appeared as the villainous Courtney Brooks on The Inspectors.
