Remorseful conspirator Connie
Connie (Lisa Marcos) is a remorseful villainess from "Billy the Kid", the Season 1 finale of Sue Thomas: F.B.Eye (airdate May 18, 2003). She was a student at George Washington University and a member of the Gamma Pi Tau sorority.
The episode's events also reveal she was friends with fellow student Ashley Warren, and the pair encounterd classmates Billy Marshall and Adam Davis while at a rave. After Ashley took an interest in Billy despite his "uptight" behavior, Ashley decided to drug Billy's drink with ecstasy, being given some by Connie. Connie later assisted her friend in her callous plan, talking to Billy to distract him as Ashley dosed his drink.
Unbeknownst to both girls, however, the ecstacy Connie had bought was a bad batch, resulting in Ashley dying of an overdose and Billy being hospitalized after non-fatally shooting his boss Judge Kendall. After tracking Ashley down to her sorority and learning about her recent death, Jack Hudson and Sue Thomas question Connie in her room, with Connie being dismayed by her friend's sudden death.
During the interrogation, Connie eventually confessed to helping Ashley drug Billy, breaking down in tears of remorse as she did while proclaiming that she hadn't known that the drugs she bought were tainted. Connie also revealed that notorious drug dealer Raymond Burke, but was unable to tell Jack and Sue where he could be. While Raymond and the tainted ecstasy's maker Mike Russo were both apprehended, Connie's fate regarding her actions is not revealed.
