Ms. Xenobia (Judy Landers) was the main antagonist in the 1989 comedy sci-fi film "Dr. Alien".
Ms. Xenobia is an alien from the planet Alterion. She and her associate Drax (Raymond O'Connor) come to Earth in order to help their alien species who have lost the ability to procreate. It is up to Ms. Xenobia to find a cure. With humans having a similar biology to her species, she and Drax land on Earth.
During their landing, Dr. Ackerman (Troy Donahue), a biology teacher crashes his car. As a result, Ms. Xenobia assumes the role of a substitute teacher for Dr. Ackerman's classes. All the boys are excited to have a sexy blond teacher. Ms. Xenobia asks the class for a participant in an expirement. All of the boys in class volunteer, but Xenobia selects Wesley Littlejohn (Billy Jacoby) the class nerd.
Wesley goes back to class after school, where he encounters Drax and Ms. Xenobia, who explains that the experiment involves being injected with a vitamin supplement and observing Wesley's reaction. Wesley refuses the injection, but Ms. Xenobia injects him anyway. A phallic stalk begins to emerge from Wesley's head as a result, and Ms. Xenobia becomes sexually excited by the sight of the stalk. The two of them have sex after Xenobia derobes showing her withe lingerie.
Wesley goes through many changes including becoming more confident. The girls at school begin to become drawn to him, and he has an encounter in the girls locker room where he is attacked by many sexy coeds. This leads to a sexual encounter with Miss Buckmeister (Edy Williams), the school's gym teacher, as well as Karla (Julie Gray), the girlfriend of the school's bully. Each time these encounters leave Wesley with amnesia, and he starts to suspect that Ms. Xenobia gave him something more than a vitamin supplement. Ms. Xenobia injects him again with the serum and he again has sex with her.
Wesley joins a heavy metal band called the Sex Mutants, and goes on a date with the love of his life, Leanne (Olivia Barash). After one of his bands gigs, Leanne catches him flirting with the members of the Poon Tangs (Ginger Lynn Allen, Linnea Quigley, and Laura Albert).
While running ater Leanne, Wesley encounters Ms. Xenobia, who is wearing a silver spacesuit. She informs him of their experiment on him. When Wesley is skeptical of this, Ms. Xenobia proceeds to peel off her face, revealing that she is a blue-skinned alien with a large head rather than a sexy woman. This causes Wesley to panic, throw Ms. Xenobia into a garbage can, and flee.
Welsey returns to the school where he blows up the biology lab, destroying Ms. Xenobia's serum. Meanwhile, Ms. Xenobia starts to shoot up the music venue with a ray gun. Wesley arrives with the last batch of serum and threatens to drop it unless Ms. Xenobia stops her violent spree. When Ms. Xenobia refuses, Wesley destroys the serum, shocking her enough that she stops shooting.
Despondent that the chances of saving her race are over, Drax appears with a stalk growing from his head; he had taken some of the serum because he was in love with Ms. Xenobia. This allows Ms. Xenobia to have a change of heart and she apologizes for all the hassle she caused Wesley.
The film ends as Ms. Xenobia and Drax head home to their planet, while Wesley continues his new career with the Sex Mutants and his relationship with Leeane.
