Connie Radar (Anna Jullienne) is an antagonist in the 2013 short story "Over The Moon", produced by New Zealand.
Connie Radar is a space babe traveling with her robot Julius, when they spot the USA attempting to be the first ones to land on the moon in 1969.
Connie being a feminist does not want to allow the men to be the first ones on the moon, so she therefore takes fire with a machine gun to prevent the US. The men fire back, and Connie's aircraft takes some damages, and crash lands.
When she goes out to inspect the damages, she determines that she needs some tools. Julius suggests she go make friends with the USA men. Reluctantly she goes over to the dudes who are bar-b-queing and shooting off guns. They have planted the American flag and claimed the moon as the 51st state, much to Connie's displeasure.
When she asks for a wrench, one of the guys throws it in the opposite direction for her to chase down. While she retrieve's it, they guys play catch over the outstretched hands of Julius.
Connie has had enough and after fixing up the aircraft gets in her ship and does a flyby. In the process, she causes the guys spaceship to go into orbit. The last we see of the guys, they are standing on each others shoulders attempting to reach their ship, and they have failed. It seems that they will be stuck on the moon until the next mission.
Connie is content with getting back at the guys and has rescued her shipmate Julius.
