Tina (Victoria Carroll) is the villainess from "Janet Shapes Up," episode 8.12 of Three's Company (airdate January 3, 1984). She is the head aerobics instructor at a fitness gym where Janet was working part-time.
Tina was in a relationship with her boyfriend, Ron; however, after seeing Jack Tripper at the gym, she set her seductive sights on him. Janet had informed Jack not to date Tina, fearing complications, but Tina was set on dating Jack. She revealed her true colors when she blackmailed Jack into going out with her; threatening to fire Janet if he doesn't comply.
Jack acquiesces to Tina's demands, which had him actually going out with her for three consecutive nights. As Jack vented to Terri, Tina was relentless towards him, refusing to let Jack back out of their time together. However, Jack couldn't tell Janet about being at the beck and call of the scheming villainess, as Janet would quit her job, which she took full time after being let go from her original job at the flower shop.
In the episode's climax, the evil Tina reunites with Ron, and hides her brief dalliance with Jack from him. She ended up confronted by Janet about Jack, with Tina stating that she loved having Janet at the gym and she's done with Jack--mainly due to Ron being back. Jack (who was unaware that Tina even had a boyfriend) decided to come on strong to Tina in an attempt to turn her off, only to end up nearly facing Ron's wrath--until Janet saved him. The episode ends with Tina walking off with Ron.
