Psychotic villainess Rachel
Rachel (Garcelle Beauvais) is the main villainess from "Fatal Subtraction," episode 2.02 of The Wayans Bros. (airdate September 13, 1995).
Rachel first meets Shawn Williams (who was struggling to get over being dumped by his girlfriend, Lisa) at the newsstand, and the pair quickly hit it off and began dating. She first appears as a sweet woman, but as the episode progressed, Rachel showed her true colors as a twisted and controlling person, beginning with insisting on keeping her date with Shawn even after she was told that Shawn had plans with Marlon. When Shawn continued staying true to his plans, Rachel used her feminine wiles and kissed Shawn to get him to change his mind.
Later on, Rachel appeared at the brothers' apartment and made a rude impression on Marlon, even threatening to harm him. Shawn's appearance resulted in Rachel acting friendly to Marlon, but as soon as he left, the evil Rachel placed Marlon in a headlock and threatened to harm him if he got between her and Shawn. Having seen Rachel's psychotic traits up close, Marlon attempted to warn Shawn about Rachel, only for his warnings to fall on deaf ears. However, after seeing Rachel in their home and explaining that she made a key for herself. While Rachel was preparing dinner, Shawn finally realized that Marlon was right about her, and they decided to work together to get rid of her.
In the episode's climax, Shawn was prepared to dine with Rachel, but to Rachel's surprise, Shawn came out partially underdressed, and then called in Marlon, who was in pajamas. The pair acted rudely while dining in an attempt to repulse Rachel, which ends up working; Rachel left Shawn and dumped him, but not before she stated to Shawn that she was going to give him the keys to her new Lexus.
