The evil Mrs. Marconi
Mrs. Marconi (Ellen Travolta) is the villainess from "And Justice for Jack," episode 5.02 of Three's Company (airdate November 11, 1980). She is Jack Tripper's boss at his new job at a diner, but on Jack's first day on the job, he is constantly on the receiving end of Mrs. Marconi's sexual advances.
While Jack cooked and tended to the customers, Mrs. Marconi made several passes at him and puts her hands all over him on many occasions. On the following evening, Mrs. Marconi again flirted with Jack, who resists her villainous advances and voices his discomfort over her constant flirting. In response, the evil Mrs. Marconi fired Jack, and was later sued by Jack for sexual harassment. The judge was in agreement with Jack, but dismissed the case after she suggested that Jack's cologne and choice of clothing provoked Mrs. Marconi.
