Lupe, before becoming a vampiress
Lupe (Maria Checa) was a villainess from 1999's From Dusk Till Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money.
Lupe was a woman who Jesus encounters at the El Coyote motel, leading to a sexual tryst between the two. After the session, Lupe takes a shower, and it is that moment that she is attacked by a vampire bat (later revealed to be Luther Boggs, who had just became a vampire himself) and bitten several times. After Jesus fights with the vampiric Luther, Lupe rises as a vampiress and attacks Jesus. The fight results in Jesus smashing Lupe's head on the bathroom mirror, right before Jesus decapitates Lupe with a shard of glass from the mirror.
