Laura Lang

The evil Laura Lang

Laura Lang (Heather Locklear) is the main villainess from "No Sniffing, No Wowing," episode 1.21 of Two and a Half Men (airdate May 3, 2004). She was Alan Harper's expensive, Beverly Hills-based divorce lawyer, and in her first meeting with Alan and Charlie, Laura warned them that the latter's lifestyle could be damaging to Alan's custody of Jake. Laura asked Charlie to gather all the things he thinks might be used against him, and then call her, giving Charlie her business card.

However, the request resulted in Laura and Charlie sleeping together, despite Alan's warnings not to fraternize with her, and Laura facing malpractice for such actions. During their tryst, Laura stated that she gets that Charlie likes to sleep with other women, but she makes a simple arrangement with Charlie: when she wants him, come to her. Regarding the custody issue, Laura manages to make Judith drop her complaints, all while verbally and physically coming on to Charlie.

While Laura is meeting with Alan regarding Judith's requests for his expensive collection of books and his massage chair (with Alan adamant on keeping both), she catches Charlie entering with her assistant, Crystal. Even with Crystal and Alan in the next room, and Charlie explaining himself to Laura in the kitchen, Laura made her demand for sex on the spot. Her demand continued even after she threw Charlie under the bus by informing Alan that his fraternizing with Crystal could be detrimental. Charlie, tired of Laura's controlling attitude, ended things with her.

Laura vowed revenge on Charlie, stating to him that he would be sorry for breaking up with her before she left. As for the divorce settlement, the evil Laura sold out Alan; giving Judith his massage chair, his collection of books (despite Judith stating that she only wanted half), and his retirement fund, among many other requests. As revealed by Alan at episode's end, Laura was fired on the spot, but not before telling Alan to ask Charlie regarding her villainous actions.
