Scorned villainess Dr. Michelle Talmadge
Dr. Michelle Talmadge (Alicia Coppola) is the villainess from episode 2.17 of Two and a Half Men, "Woo-Hoo, a Hernia Exam!" (airdate February 21, 2005).
Michelle's brief backstory revealed that while she attended medical school, she went on a date with Charlie Harper, which ended with Charlie not calling her back, and also hooking up with Michelle's roommate. Michelle spent every day since then wanting revenge on Charlie, and the opportunity came when Charlie arrived at her place of business with Alan, as Charlie was suffering from back pain after a sexual encounter.
Charlie had no memory of Michelle, who acted very condescending to Alan and belittled his chiropractic profession--and continued her attitude even after Alan correctly pinpointed Charlie's problem. After Alan walks off, Michelle injected Charlie painkillers and gave him a hernia exam. However, after Charlie asked her out, the evil Michelle expressed her anger over Charlie not remembering her, and it was there that she began slowly and tightly squeezing Charlie's testicles. The scorned villainess reminded Charlie of their brief relationship, as well as how it ended, which fueled her revenge. She gave a twisted and sadistic smile as she stated to Charlie that she had hoped that she would run into him again, and while Charlie's back pain was gone, the episode ended with Charlie still writhing from Michelle's wrath.
