Chloe Carson (Ryann Shane) is a villainess from "My Funny Valentine," episode 1.14 of Blue Bloods (airdate February 9, 2011). She is the daughter of wealthy couple Elaine and Roger Carson, and in the beginning of the episode, Chloe was shown being abducted by a mysterious kidnapper.
Detectives Danny Reagan and Jackie Curatola were on the case, which had the kidnapper contactiong Roger and demanding $5 million in diamonds in exchange for Chloe's safety. However, as the episode progressed, Danny figured out that Chloe was in on her own kidnapping, and she colluded her boyfriend, Drew Leland, and a graffiti artist known as Taze to stage her own abduction. In a twist, though, Drew is found shot to death, as it was revealed that Taze killed Drew and abducted Chloe for real, looking for a payday of his own. Danny and Jackie arrived at an abandoned warehouse, where Taze had Chloe tied up and gagged, but while being ordered by Danny to drop his gun, Taze simply backed away and intentionally fell over the edge and to his death.
Chloe was rescued and later interrogated, and she later confessed to masterminding her own abduction. She stated that Drew went along with her plan out of his love for her, and regarding Taze's participation, Chloe paid him $100 for his services because they needed a driver. Chloe revealed that Taze killed Drew after hearing about the diamonds and demanded a cut, threatening to kill her if she didn't comply. Her true plan for the diamonds was to put them in a safe deposit box, revealing that money was not a motivation for her scheme. Chloe's true motive was to bring her divorced parents back together, stating that her hope was that they would worry about her and put their anger towards each other aside. Elaine and Roger embraced Chloe following the interrogation, though the episode ended without revealing Chloe's fate.
