The evil Ana Patov
Ana Patov (Mary Stockley) is a villainess from the 2013 film, I Spit on Your Grave 2.
Ana was introduced as being from a rape crisis center, and she appeared at a Bulgarian police station during Detective Kiril's interview with Katie Carter, who escaped after being sexually assaulted by a trio of brothers--Ivan, Nikolai, and Georgy. She expressed sympathy and care for Katie, who demanded to be taken to the U.S. Embassy, Ana agreed to do so, but she claimed to Katie that they needed to stop at her house first so she could provide clothes and bandages for her.
Once Katie entered, however, she found herself facing the same trio of brothers who assaulted her, and afterwards, Ana turned heel by revealing herself as the boys' mother--spitting in Katie's face and snarling at her for trying to "hurt" her family. The villainess left Katie to be raped again by the boys and their family friend Valko; all the while, the evil Ana played her music at a loud pace to drown out Katie's pained screams--after which she cradled Georgy after they were done with Katie.
Katie became vengeful and enacted a brutal revenge on the brothers and Valko afterwards, and regarding Ana, she returned home to see that she had been burglarized, and upon seeing Katie, she ended up shoved into a sewer by the crazed avenger and placed inside a trunk, having her head bashed repeatedly by the trunk's lid. It was during Katie's torment of Ivan that Ana was actually revealed as Ivan's stepmother, and it was also uncovered that Ana was raped herself by Ivan's father, which resulted in the births of Nicky and Georgy. Upon learning this, Katie lashed out at Ana for allowing her and (possibly) others be raped by Valko, and demanded to know how many victims were assaulted, only for Ana to tearfully refuse to answer and continue to express horror over seeing Georgy tormented to death. Ana was the only one to survive Katie's revenge, and she was later arrested (off-screen) for her role in Katie's sexual assault, kidnap and torture.
