Tanya Jackson (Allison McAtee) the main antagonist of the 2020 Lifetime movie Deadly Mile High Club.
At the beginning of the movie, Tanya Jackson and her boyfriend experience turbulence when they fly through a storm. Despite Tanya's best efforts she unable to successfully land the plane and they end up crashing. Tanya eventually wakes up in a hospital covered in bandages and discovers from a nurse that her boyfriend died in the crash.
Months later, having recovered from her injuries, Tanya opens up her own school for flying. It's there that she first meets Jake (Marc Herrmann) who wants to learn how to become a pilot. Tanya quickly becomes unhealthily fixated on him after she notices the strong resemblance between Jake and her deceased boyfriend and becomes determined to claim him as her own.
Tanya is jealous of Jake's relationship with his wife Annie Sherman (Anna Marie Dobbins). Despite this relationship, Tanya continues to pursue Jake. Tanya invites Annie to fly with her and Jake, and even imagines herself ejecting Annie out of the plane in mid-flight.
Later Tanya is shown lashing out at a pair of flight attendants, Danielle (Megan Elizabeth Barker) and Penelope (Zephani Idako) who attempt to get Jake to take a flight class with another veteran pilot Gonzo Rogers (Damon K. Sperber). Jake learns of Tanya's past through Gonzo, and he notified her that he would not be taking her class. Tanya then sabotaged Gonzo's plane the following day and he was killed.
Jake's mother-in-law and boss, Margaret Harris (Diane Robin), confronted him about his alleged affair, and later confronted Tanya about it. Tanya stated nothing was going on, and even offered to fly Margaret to Santa Barbara free of charge. During the flight, Margaret insulted Tanya. As a result, Tanya ejected Margaret out of the plane killing her.
The aftermath of Margaret's death resulted in Annie and Jake talking things out. Tanya increased her manipulation, showing a video of Annie with another man. Fully convinced that Annie was cheating on him, Jake gave in to Tanya's seduction and engaged in an illicit sex with her after a flight. Meanwhile, Annie saw the material and license plate that led her to a model whose home Annie visited, after which Annie learned the truth. The woman in the video was approached by Tanya, who posed as a photographer and paid her to take pics of her and an unknown man kissing and massaging her. The woman was unaware of Tanya's plans for the videos, and was asked to wear clothes similar to Annie's. Annie sent texts to Jake about Tanya setting her up, only for Tanya to intercept them and respond as Jake. After which, Tanya appeared at Annie's home and chloroformed her.
Tanya placed the incapacitated Annie inside a crate before tying her up and gagging her. Jake ended up helping Tanya place the crate inside her plane, after which the pair had sex on top of the crate. Tanya instructed Jake to drop the crate into the ocean, as Tanya planned on killing Annie. However, as Jake was about to do so, he heard Annie screaming inside the box.
Tanya set the plane on auto-pilot before confessing to attempting to kill Annie, stating that she wasn't good enough for him and didn't appreciate him. She also admitted to killing Margaret as well, claiming that he was liberating Jake from his mother-in-law. Jake informed Tanya that he was going to call the police, only to have Tanya try to knock him out with a fire extinguisher. She put on a parachute and jumped out. Tanya made it out to safety, but inside the plane, Annie escaped the crate and co-piloted the plane. They flew right at Tanya and knocked down her, where she was later picked up by a police officer who arrested her.
