Chanel Oberlin (Scream Queens)
Chanel Oberlin is en evil babe from the FOX horror/comedy television series Scream Queens.
She is a mean, cruel, violent, diabolical and cold-hearted girl who leads the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority with an iron fist. She is the commander of The Chanels, a group of mean girls who are her henchwomen and so named because she doesn't know their names and doesn't care to know what they are.
She was portrayed by Emma Roberts who also portrayed Jill Roberts in Scream 4 and Madison Montgomery in American Horro Story: Coven.
Heather (Total Drama)
Heather is a evil babe from Total Drama season 1 "Total Drama Island". She is voiced by Rachel Wilson.
She is the archenemy of Gwen and Leshawna. She was shown to be a ruthless and manipulative competitor, forming an alliance with Lindsay and Beth and orchestrating numerous bullying acts against Gwen and even a few eliminations. Her biggest act against Gwen was manipulating her and her love interest against each other and earning immunity later on, causing Trent to be voted off. In the end, Heather was eliminated after failing a challenge and getting her hair shaved off in the process.

Evie's Doppleganger (Deathstalker II)
Evie's Doppleganger (Monique Gabrielle) is a secondary antagonist in the 1987 fantasy film "Deathstalker II".
The villainess is a clone of Princess Evie which was created and subsequently tainted evil by the film's primary antagonist, the sorcerer Jerak. The magic cannot be sustained for long, and as such, she must feast on prisoners in order to prolong her existence.
The doppleganger manages to seduce the titular hero, but is knocked unconscious by the true princess before she is able to kill him. A final showdown between the real deal and her rival occurs at the film's final act, with Princess Evie launching a dagger at the clone, killing her and turning her to dust.
Professor Regina Robinson (Gnome Alone)
Professor Regina Robinson (Lonna Drewes) is a secondary antagonist in the 2015 horror movie "Gnome Alone".
Regina is a teacher who enjoys inappropriately touching and (eventually) molesting her female students. She does this under the "guise" of teaching how people react differently to attraction. While one of them Melissa, is perfectly fine with this treatment, the rest - such as heroine Zoe - do not like it at all. When Zoe resists her advances, Regina humiliates her in front of the whole school, claiming that the girl is not comfortable in her own skin.
As it so happens, Zoe becomes cursed with the protection of the titular gnome who takes it upon himself to get revenge by slicing off both of Regina's hands before finally killing her.

Paulette Stone (Eyeball)
Paulette Stone (Martine Brochard) is the main antagonist of the 1975 whodunit slasher film "Eyeball", aka. "Gatti rossi in un labirinto di vetro" and "The Secret Killer".
Paulette lost her left eye as a child while playing "doctor" with someone and spends much of the film murdering young women and taking out their eyes as revenge for how she has suffered. She comes close to killing the final girl, Naiba Campbell, but is shot to death at the last moment.
