Saeko Yagami succeeds in infiltrating the Drago Empire's base, but is caught by Doll Satan. When asked what should be done with the intruder, Empress Zara tells Doll Satan: "After you've humiliated her enough, you may skewer her as a sacrifice to Master Drago! Fear and a surge of sexual energy is the perfect gift!"
Doll Satan, along with the other Drago Generals, molest and rape Saeko as suggested by their leader. Once finished, the demons impale the woman onto a long, vertical stake and devour her flesh while Doll Satan masturbates to the spectacle.
