The Unnamed Doctor is the evil co-protagonist of "Butcher and the Butterfly" (ブッチャー・アンド・ザ・バタフライ), a 2015 erotic manga short story by artist Hattori Mitsuka (服部ミツカ). The story was first published in the anthology manga "Kemono Direct" (獣DIRECT).

When a disease of unknown origin that causes 90% of human births to be female befalls Japan, the government decides to combat the imbalanced population increase by sending the excess females to slaughterhouses. However, after discovering that pure human meat isn't as delicious as they would like, the doctor and her team begin breeding the females with pigs.

The unnamed doctor invites another fellow doctor from a western country - a Caucasian woman named Shirley Treadaway - to tour her operations. The doctor first allows Treadaway to taste the delicious crossbred meat, and then takes her to the slaughterhouse; adding that the girls are raised to believe from the time that they are newborns that getting eaten is the greatest joy one can receive. After viewing a forced mating, Treadaway is then "treated" to a live birth, which results in a half-human/half-pig being produced. The unnamed doctor says that while the appearance is grotesque, the meat is still every bit as delicious. Nevertheless, she goes on to say that they are working hard to modify the newborns to look like regular humans, so that wealthy members of society can raise them as if they were part of their own family, before finally eating them one day.

At the end of the story, the unnamed doctor reveals that the real reason she invited Treadaway to Japan was because they are interested in seeing how Caucasian genetics could influence the meat, and after discovering that the foreign doctor had engaged in bestiality herself, proposes that she help them by mating with their pigs. Though Dr. Treadaway does not give an answer, the final panel shows her bringing her hand to her crotch at the thought of the proposal.
