Una (played by Spanish actress Arly Jover) was the main antagonist vampire princess in the 2002 direct-to-DVD movie Vampires: Los Muertos. Una aims to seek a crucifix called the Berzier's cross, which would enable vampires to walk in daylight without being affected by it's deadly UV effects.
Una was later killed by Derek Bliss by blowing her headoff with a shotgun loaded with custom hardwood slugs. Her body was dragged by way of cable wire into the sunlight, which caused it to burn to a crisp. Her still beating heart was later put to rest by Bliss.
