Tina is a scrapped villainess from the 1998 animated/live action movie The Duck. A piece of test footage was created in 1998 for The Duck, but the movie never went into production due to funding being pulled. In October 2017, the man behind the film, Uli Meyer, released the full piece of 8 minute test footage on to the internet.
Tina is an animated woman living in a live action world. She wears a low cut top that shows off her huge breasts, as well as a tiny leather miniskirt, long gloves and high heels. Meyer states that he created her as a "Blatant homage to Jessica Rabbit".
She associates herself with crime boss and established villain of the movie, Mr Mulloney. In the shown footage she opens the door for Mulloney's henchmen, gets one of them a drink, and playfully ruffles the hair of one of them. The henchmen all show obvious signs of infatuation for her as well.
Although she doesn't do anything particularly villainous, she is shown as an ally of the planned villain of the movie, and could have gone on to showcase more villainy if the movie hadn't been scrapped.
