Tia Spinelli (Jenya Lano) is a villainess from the 2003 movie Stealing Candy.
Tia is a fictional character within the movie, played by the movie's main character Candy Tyler, who is an actress.
She is married to Mr Spinelli, and is first seen outside by the pool rubbing her legs and relaxing in her blue bikini. One of Spinelli's men, Eddie, is keeping an eye on her. Tia notices Eddie staring at her bikini clad body and calls him over to rub lotion on her. She enjoys the rub down and tells Eddie to undo her bra, which he does. Tia tells Eddie that her husband won't be home until the evening, so Eddie gets on top of her and the two start to kiss.
This is a trap set by Tia though, and she keeps an eye on the door as her husband comes home and sees the two of them together. Tia pushes Eddie off and acts like she didn't want him. Eddie tells Mr Spinelli it isn't what it looks like, then panics and reaches for a gun to shoot Mr Spinelli with, but the safety is on (it is possible Tia did this).
Mr Spinelli ends up shooting Eddie to death for his disloyalty, and his body falls into the pool. Tia suddenly grabs Eddie's gun and shoots her husband to death and enjoys watching him die with an evil smile on her face.
Mr Spinelli asks "why?" as he dies, and Tia says that with Spinelli gone, she can have all of his money. She continues revealing her evil plan and says that she will "tearfully" tell the police that two men with two guns fought over her and both lost. She ends her speech with "I'm sorry babe, sometimes love hurts".
A director is then heard shouting "CUT!" and it is revealed that this entire scene is just a movie being filmed within the movie.
