Shadow Agent (Loredana Nusciak) is an unnamed secondary antagonist in the 1967 Eurospy film “Tiffany Memorandum”.

The Shadow Agent is the henchwoman for nefarious clockmaker who calls himself the Shadow (Gregoire Aslan).

The film begins in a French casino where journalist Dick Hallam (Ken Clark) strikes up a chance acquaintance with a visiting El Salvadorian presidential candidate named Francico Aguirrez (Michel Bardinet). The candidate is assassinated. As a result, many people begin pursuing Hallam to retrieve whatever it was that they think he pulled off of the dead body. However, Hallam doesn’t have a clue what it was they think he lifted.

Hallam hops a train bound for Berlin trying to locate the chauffeur that drove the drive by shooting. The train derailed and the chauffer was killed. As a result, Hallam become the prime suspect. He soon teams up with the chauffer’s traveling companion, Sylvie Meynard (Irina Demick).

We first see the Shadow Agent when she is in the backseat of a car in a snowy Berlin, Germany. She arrives at the hospital that Hallam has been taken to. The agent shows up at the hospital posing as Hallam’s wife to visit him in his room. Hallam goes along with this charade and kisses the lovely baddie to make it seem legit. Once the nurse left the room, the agent told him that Shadow sent her to retrieve the watch. Hallam let her know that he had no idea who Shadow was or what they were looking for.

Reporting back to Shadow, she tries to tell him that Hallam is lying about not knowing anything. She attempts to convince him to let her kill him. Shadow tells her that he believes he is working with Sylvie and wants to know more about her, before he allows her to remove him.

Hallam is eventually coerced by the CIA to follow the intrigue in order to find additional information.

Hallam and Sylvie end up attending a nightclub show at the Baumkuchen where they are entertained by a magic show. The waiter makes a call to Shadow and the agent answers in a feather robe. She tells him to watch Hallam until she can get there herself.

A masked female magician (Mirella Pamphili) shows up on stage wearing a white showgirl outfit with giant headdress. She took a member of the audience up on stage and placed him in a trunk. She soon made him disappear and then reappear again. After going backstage the girl was now face to face with the Shadow Agent now dressed exactly like her. One of agent’s henchmen captured her and she now took her place on stage.

In a shocker, Hallam was selected to come up on stage with the agent. On the way up she whispered to him that “Shadow is waiting.” After placing Hallam in the trunk she tipped it on its side and walked off stage. He was then ordered outside the club to get in the car with her. Sylvie was left in the crowd to witness the trunk being opened, where the lovely magician was revealed to be dead inside.

Arriving at the Shadow’s clock shop, he is asked why he did not remove what was hidden in the watch. Shadow removed a small piece of paper with nothing more than the name “Madame Tiffany”. Shadow instructed Hallam to exert every effort he can to recover the evidence they are interested in. Hallam played along with the charade and Shadow.

The agent asked what Shadow though, and he said that Hallam was a complete imposter. He said if he was genuine, he would have brought a message from Madame Tiffany, their agent in Paris. They needed to begin concentrating their efforts on Sylvie.

The agent was given the order to take one of her henchmen and eliminate Hallam. However, Hallam was able to kill the henchmen with the pendulum clock arms. The Shadow Agent is finally killed when she is thrown onto a table full of clock works. When her lifeless body fell to the ground, she had been impaled by several metal spikes.

It turns out that what they are after is a piece of videotape that has been used like a ribbon to decorate a negligee designed by Madame Tiffany. They find this out by having a maid (Solvi Stubing) from the hotel strip out of her negligee. After defeating the Shadow, Hallum finds out that Sylvie works for a rival newspaper and she has scooped him on the story.
