The Sea Witches are the primary antagonists of the 2019 Tokyo DisneySEA Halloween show "Festival of Mystique" (フェスティバル・オブ・ミスティーク).
The witches show up at a Halloween celebration at Porto Paradiso, hosted by Mickey Mouse and his friends. The main witch introduces herself and, before long, reveals that her plan is to return Halloween to how it was in ancient times. The witches manage to put Mickey, Goofy, Donald, Chip and Dale under their control with their siren song, and command them, as well as the audience, to perform a dance which will summon the "Demon of Halloween", the legendary demon king of the sea. Minnie Mouse, alongside Daisy Duck, Clarice and Pluto, is not affected by the song, however, and mentions that Porto Paradiso's Princess Daniela vanquished the demon king long ago and that he must not be resurrected. Minnie counters with a song of her own and eventually wins out as the brainwashed heroes eventually come to their senses. Defeated, the witches are last seen retreating with disgust for their failure, while at the same time reassuring themselves that "Demon di Halloween" still sleeps below and that the sea will be in their control someday.
