The "Sister" is the main co-antagonist of the 1979 Italian erotic comic "Lolita Story n.21: Desiderio Vizioso" (Vicious Desire). The character was created by artist Manlio Truscia.
The story begins with a very wealthy man asking series protagonists Lella and Ely if they will babysit his mentally disabled son. The two, girls agree after learning how much he plans to pay them, but wonder why he didn't just ask an older lady who is more experienced with sitting to do it instead.
Late that night, after the son has been put to bed, the unnamed "sister" shows up at the doorstep, stating that her car broke down and asking if she can use the telephone to call for help. The heroines allow both her and another cloaked person, - who the sister describes as her "mother superior", but is in fact a man - into the home, but when the villainess reaches for the phone, she cuts the cord instead. It his here that she and her equally unnamed male partner reveal that they are in fact kidnappers who plan to ransom the wealthy man's son.
The "sister" heads upstairs and attempts to use chloroform on the son. Afterwards, she heads back downstairs and joins her partner in forcing both Lella and Ely to sexually service them. When Lella spits in the woman's face, the villainess attempts to shoot her, only to have the lights go out immediately after. The two protagonists are rescued by the son, who whacks the criminals over the head, rendering them unconscious. The son then goes on to explain that he isn't mentally disabled at all, but that this was a plan set into motion by himself and his father after learning of the kidnappers' plot. After the exposition, the son ties up the "sister" and the man and expresses his intention to load them back into their car, where they will suffer a, presumably fatal, "accident".
