Tenko Himemiya (Mariko Suzuki) was a villainess from "Conan and Heiji's Deduction Magic", episodes 14.17, 14.18, and 14.19 of Case Closed (airdates July 11, July 18, and August 1, 2005, manga volume 47: Files 8-11). She was a magician and an apprentice under famous magician Mr. Masakage, who disappeared ten years prior to the episode's events.
The episode began with Conan Edogawa, Heiji Hattori, Ran Mouri, and Kazuha Toyama attending a magic show held by another apprentice of Masakaga's, Dogo Hoshikawa, leading the group to join Dogo for a party/magic show among Masakaga's apprentices after Ran and Kazuha "rescued" Dogo from drowning during a trick (he later revealed that it was part of the trick to appear he was in danger). Tenko also attended the party, expressing a desire to use it as an opportunity to discover who was Masakaga's true successor.
During the party, Tenko also revealed that, if she and her apprentices went through with doing a professional magic show together, she would perform a new trick: "Returning of the Witch", a trick that had her being tied to a cross and seemingly set ablaze before she reappeared from the ashes. The attending apprentices and Masakage's wife Mari were surprised by Tenko's announcement, as the trick was later revealed to be created by Mr. Masakage and was titled "Return of the Devil". Prior to Masakage's disappearance, Tenko stole his notebook containing the idea, with Masakage disappearing after realizing his notebook was missing. In the current events, Dogo was perplexed at how Tenko could've learned Masakage's trick and called her to his former bedroom to ask her.
During the confrontation, the evil Tenko boldly confessing to the theft, and even boasted that she believed Masakage would retire from magic after he failed to notice her stealing his notebook and that she thought he'd be "happy" for performing his unpublished tricks. Enraged by Tenko's actions, Dogo killed Tenko by striking her in the head with a vase, later placing her body in the hallway corridor and using a trick Masakage used every Christmas to provide himself an alibi. After Conan and Heiji deduced Dogo as the killer, he confessed to killing Tenko and posthumously revealed her as a villainous thief.
