The unnamed Teacher is a villainess from "Aya Ueto and Shinichi - The Promise from 4 Years Ago", episode 15.11 of Case Closed (airdate May 8, 2006). She appeared as the hidden main villainess of an episode of the detective show, Female High School Detective - Yuki's Casebook, which has actress Aya Ueto playing the titular role.
The teacher's first appearance in the episode has her being established as a math teacher at Oshibana High School, with the series' titular protagonist attending her class sometime after she witnessed the death of a classmate Kitada, who stumbled in to Yuki at a shopping mall after being stabbed in the back with a knife. The episode saw Yuki investigate Kitada's death, with her sleuthing taking her to an isolated house.
Shortly after arriving, however, the culprit (their identity being obscured) attacked Yuki from behind by striking her in the head with a pipe, knocking her out and locking her in the house's basement. It was then that the episode skipped ahead to its' climax at Beika Park, where Yuki was in combat with the revealed killer: her teacher, who was now attempting to attack Yuki with a knife. Yuki was ultimately able to disarm her evil teacher before throwing her to the ground, knocking her out and defeating the villainess, who was presumably arrested later on for Kitada's murder.
