Tania Ryder (Tina Matchett) is a henchwoman in the 1983 action film "Mission Thunderbolt".
Tania Ryder is an assassin from Sydney, Australia, who was hired along with two other international assassins by the primary antagonist, the White Tycoon (Phillip Ko). Their job is to take out the members of two rival Chinese gangs named the Scorpions and the Serpents.
Tania's first target is seen in Sydney, where she takes out a man in bed by slitting his throat with a razor blade that she hid between her teeth.
Next, she dresses in white stockings and a pink frilly skirt. She shows up at the apartment of Shotgun (Chun Kuei Chung), one of the top killers for Phoenix (Phoenix Chu), the Queen of the Scorpions. Phoenix runs underground casinos and nightclubs. While he is licking her legs, Tania removes finger blades from her hair. She uses the blades like "Edward Scissorhands", and stabs him to death in his skull.
Next, she pretends to have car trouble on the side of the road, which attracts another gang member. When he stops to help out, she grabs a cross bow and shoots him before driving off.
Tania then meets up with the hero who is an interpol agent named Scott (Steve Daw). The two of them get in a fight while Tania has a sword. Scott is able to sidestep her blade and get her in a chokehold. He then places her upside down in an oil drum and interrogates her while her lovely legs are kicking. She refuses to give up her contacts location, and thus he adds a caged rat into the bottom of the drum where her face is exposed. She still refuses to talk, and Scott then adds a cat to the drum. The combination of the rat and cat to the bottom of where her head is located would not tend to be a good place to be, and it is likely to cause her much damage. She still refuses to talk, so Scott tells her to tell her boss, the White Tycoon, to meet him the next day at the dam. It is not learned of her fate, but this is the last we see of the lovely henchwoman, as her legs continue to kick in the air as Scott walks away. She presumably survives, because the White Tycoon does meets Scott at the dam the next day for the final fight.
