Susan Dinwiddie (Kath Soucie) is the main villainess of "It's Big, It's Green, It's The Mystery Machine", episode 1.05 of What's New, Scooby Doo? (airdate October 26, 2002).

She was the mother and manager of Andy and Mandy, who were the famous child pop duo The Mystery Kids when they were younger. They used the Scooby Gang's van, The Mystery Machine, as a tour bus when they first starting out. However, their fame came to an end when their keyboardist Flash Flannigan stormed out of a concert and disappeared. In the present, Susan became intent on her children returning to pop stardom, despite their unwillingness to return to the limelight. She also has a third child, Randy, whom she rarely acknowledges due to being more interested in science rather than fame.

In an effort to drum up publicity for the Mystery Kids' comeback concert, Susan used technological knowledge she learned from Randy to take control of the Mystery Machine, making the gang believe it's haunted. When the gang tracks her down and bring up the Mystery Machine, she flinches before regaining her composure and revealing her and her children's past with the van. She introduces them to Andy and Mandy, scolding them for not putting much effort into finishing their newest album.

She later uses the van to chase the mystery solvers, which results in the van being impounded. That night, the gang come up with a plan to use a fake seance to contact Flash Flannigan to figure out who was behind the strange events. During this seance, the seemingly haunted van appears and Velma drops a red curtain over it, rendering the animatronic device Susan was using to control the van powerless. The gang officially exposes her as the villainess by lifting up the tablecloth, where Susan is hidden with the device's remote. Susan reveals her motivations, while also saying that she only used the van to chase the mystery gang when they kept investigating. Andy and Mandy tell their mother they want to be regular kids from now on and comfort their neglected brother Randy, much to Susan's shock and disappointment at their refusal to do the comeback tour.
