Susan Delzio (Jaclyn Smith) is the hidden villainess of "Bedtime", episode 11.18 of Law & Order: SVU (airdate March 31, 2010). She was a former police officer who often responded to calls from Emily Cutler, the wife of womanizing actor Cal Cutler, whose many lovers would often attack her home.

Susan also had an interest in Cal, believing herself to be more deserving of him than Emily. The two had an affair and planned to leave together, but when Susan went to his apartment to get some things and ran into Emily, Susan snapped and killed her, staging the murder to look like the work of the Bedtime Butcher, a serial killer who was plaguing the area. The two then tried to fake Cal's death so they could run away together by setting his car on fire with prison transient James Rogers inside. But things go wrong when the car doesn't burn up as intended and Cal tried to ignite it, burning himself in the process.

When detectives Olivia Benson and Elliot Stabler first talk to Susan at her apartment, she doesn't allow them inside, claiming she has painters working inside when she was really hiding Cal. She then assists the investigation, leading the detectives to believe that Cal's more unstable lover Rita Wills was responsible for the deaths of Emily and Cal. But the detectives uncover Susan's secret when they realize that it was James Rogers inside of Cal's incinerated car rather than him and that Susan was the last officer to release James the day of the accident. Olivia confronts Susan, bringing her into the interrogation room. Susan denies everything, and asks Olivia why she didn't leave with Cal if she had really staged his death to be with him. Elliot then enters the room with Cal, having gone to Susan's apartment and found him. Susan immediately rushes into his arms, saying that she hadn't intended to kill Emily and that everything she had done was to be with Cal. Olivia then arrests Susan for her crimes and Susan cries out for Cal as she drags her away in handcuffs.and cal is obiviosuly arrested off screen by Elliot for the murder of James Rogers and for obstruction of justice.
