Susan “Sadie” Atkins (Mikey Madison) is a psychotic teenage girl, who attempted to murder Rick Dalton, in Quentin Tarantino's 2019 movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. She is a fictional adaption of the real life Manson Family member.
