Stunner (Alison Armitage) is the villain in the 2001 episode "Power Play" (S01E18) of the TV series "Black Scorpion".

Edwina Watts is the the deputy mayor to Mayor Artie Worth (Robert Pine). When the mayor refuses to listen to her warning about his plan to put his name in lights, she heads down to the prison. However, in the process of testing out the electric chair, the Mayor's new electric chair short circuits, and she is electrocuted trying to save his life.

Edwina gains special powers through this electrocution, and renames herself Stunner. Stunner's outfit is also very stunning in itself, as she has glowing boobies and thigh high boots. She plots to release an evil source of electricity on the City of Angels. Stunner threatens to unleash her raging electrical current through every outlet in the city. This turns household appliances into deadly bombs.

Stunner electrocutes two city electrical workers, and they become her two trusty henchmen, named Charge #1 (Kevin Otto) and Charge #2 (Jamie McShane).

Stunner kidnaps Mayor Worth and his secretary Babette (Shae Marks). She ties them up back to back and threatens to kill them. However, Black Scorpion (Michelle Lintel) intervenes and chases her off.

Stunner releases Breathtaker (Adam West), Medusa (Lisa Boyle) and Slapshot (Greg Boyd) from prison. Black Scorpion fights all of these supervillains separately and easily defeats them. Breathtaker is simply knocked out, Medusa is shocked by Scorpion's ring, and Slapshot is knocked out by karate on ice skates.

Stunner seems to overcome Black Scorpion when she binds her to a chair with the electric cables. However, Scorpion is able to escape and races to the prison where Mayor Worth is unavailing the first electric chair. Stunner has booby-trapped the device to do damage.

Black Scorpion then absorbs Stunner's power with a special battery, then super-shocks the villainess into unconsciousness with her ring.
