Stacy Sherman (Georgia Craig) was the secondary villainess of the 2006 Lifetime film A Job to Kill For (alternately titled The Protege; airdate June 27, 2006). She was the newly hired assistant of Jennifer Kamplan, who had recently become the head of an advertising agency. At the beginning of the film, Stacy was shown having sex with Martin Keller, an advertising executive who lived alone. After their one-night stand, the villainess was revealed to have also set Martin up to accidentally electrocute himself to death in his own hot tub. Regarding her personality, Stacy was shown to be an aggressive boss who often bullied others, instantly earning the ire of her fellow employees.
As the film progressed, the callous and psychotic woman was revealed to have a twisted devotion to Jennifer, as she would go after anyone who she believed was a threat to her employer. While in a parking garage, Stacy and Jennifer noticed that the latter's car had been vandalized; both of its side mirrors had been stolen. Subsequently, the villainess tracked down the thief and bludgeoned him to death with a tire iron before taking the mirrors back. Stacy later encountered competitive rival Terrence Leary and seduced him into having a sexual encounter with her. Unbeknownst to him, she had recorded their tryst, and Stacy subsequently blackmailed Terence into backing away from his attempts against Jennifer's company by threatening to send copies of the recording to his wife and others.
After Jennifer revealed to her assistant that she was planning to resign from her position to try to salvage her failing marriage to Patrick, the latter broke into the former's house in the film's climax. There, the evil Stacy plunged a knife into Patrick's chest (he was later revealed to have survived), with the protagonist encountering her after she entered her house. Not too long after that, Jennifer exposed her true sociopathic demeanor by shooting Stacy in her right shoulder and stating that she had manipulated her into murdering her husband to get out of her marriage without losing anything in a divorce. The crazed villainess expressed shock and heartbreak over her employer's villainous reveal, and she tearfully told Jennifer that she loved her—only for the latter to respond by coldly shooting her in her heart, causing her to die and then collapse onto the floor.
