Shelly Dulard is the villainess of "Spineless", case #14 of Criminal Case: Pacific Bay, the 2nd season of the crime solving game Criminal Case (release date July 10, 2014). Shelly first appeared in case #7, "Easy Prey", before becoming a villainess in "Spineless".
After moving from Bayou Bleu to the Inner City, Shelly began working as a bare knuckles fighter, competing under the name "Miss Piggy". Shelly also began a relationship with Angus O'Brian, an Irish priest who also competed in bare knuckle fighting. However, in actuality, Angus was using his relationship with Shelly as a way to win a fighting tournament the two of them were in. During the final match, Angus showed off an intimate photo Shelly had given to him, breaking Shelly's heart and allowing him to beat her in the fight.
Enraged at Angus's betrayal, the vengeful Shelly killed Angus during the Inner City's St. Patrick's Day parade, strangling him with a jump rope before filling his body with helium, causing his lungs to explode. Angus's body was later found strung up by balloons with his spine missing (later revealed as the work of corrupt surgeon Mark McKenzie), and the investigation led to the player and detective Frank Knight discovering how Angus had used and humiliated Shelly. The evidence ultimately proved that Shelly was Angus's killer, and upon being interrogated, Shelly eventually confessed and proclaimed that Angus deserved to die for having broken her heart and destroyed her fighting career. Shelly was arrested and sentenced to twenty years in prison.
