Sheila Altoonian (Beverly D'Angelo) is the main villainess from "The Secret Serum," episode 1.10 of Scooby Doo! Mystery Incorporated (airdate October 11, 2010). She is the best friend of Nan Blake (Daphne's mother), but she had been immensely jealous of Nan's youthful look--despite the fact that she and Nan are the same age.
Sheila concocted the delusional belief that Nan's looks are due to her being a "vampire," and while doing research, she found a page listing for Countess Hagula's Youth Juice, a supposed formula for eternal youth. Following this, Sheila began disguising herself as a vampire and began stealing the acquired ingredients, beginning with a spooky painting of a castle from Nan's auction (due to the fact that shavings of yellow paint from such a painting are needed). The villainess later stole a rare orchid from the Botanical Gardens, and also took bottles of French wine from a wine cellar. It was in both of the last two places that Sheila (in her disguise) encountered Mystery Inc., only to escape them both times.
In the episode's climax, the evil Sheila planned to steal the Devil's Eye, a cursed ruby (which was the final ingredient). The group was ready for her, as Velma had switched the ruby with a fake, but while Fred's first attempt to trap her failed, Scooby ended up dropping a second net on the villainess. Daphne, believing that her mother was the vampire after seeing her at the museum, walked towards the vampire with a stake and hammer, but it was at that moment that Sheila unmasked herself. Sheila revealed her jealousy of Nan and her evil plan to gain eternal youth, only for her villainous breakdown to be interrupted by Nan, who revealed that she was studying to become a notary. Sheila was arrested and was shown taken away in a police car.
