Selena Perrini (played by Italian actress Francesca Neri) was the secondary, hidden antagonist in Collateral Damage (2002). She was the wife of Claudio Perrini (New Zealander actor Cliff Curtis), a Colombian terrorist known as the Wolf.
Protagonist Gordon Brewer (Arnold Schwarzenegger) saves Selena, from being caught in the blast radius along with her son, Mauro. This however, causes Brewer to be captured by Claudio. At Claudio's home compound, Selena reveals she is Claudio's wife. She and Claudio once lost their own child during an American attack, which compelled Claudio to become a terrorist; Selena found and adopted Mauro, whose parents were killed in the attack. Nevertheless, Selena sympathizes with Brewer and admits that Claudio is planning another bombing in Washington, D.C.
In the State Department, she appears to try to help prevent a terrorist attack from happening but later becomes disturbed herself and excuses herself to the bathroom. It was later revealed that she was the Wolf in the video tapes sent to instill fear among the Americans, given away by the same hand gesture the Wolf makes in the video. She snaps the neck of one State Department agent and steals her gun. She also kills agent CIA special agent Peter Brandt who was attempting to apprehend her.
Selena meets her demise at the sewer tunnels beneath Washington D.C. when she and Claudio engage Brewer in a short hand-to-hand combat, resulting in her being thrown onto an exposed circuitry of the control panel, electrocuting her. Brewer later kills Claudio by throwing an axe on his chest.
