The Satanic Vampires are the main antagonists of the story-within-a-story of "Una Storia Difficile" (A Difficult Story), the third story of the 1987 adult comic "Moana #2".
Protagonist and comic artist Carlo struggles to come up with a new story idea. He pictures himself being mugged while taking a walk by two women who capture him and take him back to their hideout. There, the two women are joined by a third masked woman - the Great Priestess - who all take turns raping him.
Once he manages to get free, the curious Carlo pulls off the mask of a priestess in order to see her face. Enraged, the priestess makes known her plan to kill him for this and subjects him to more sexual torture, while also revealing their vampire status. From this moment, the fantasy ends and Carlo snaps back to reality.
