Sarah Madeley (Kellie Bright) is the hidden main villainess from "A Face for Radio," episode 5.03 of New Tricks (airdate 21 July 2008). She is a receptionist at Roxy Radio and the wife of deejay Graham Madeley.

Sarah's backstory only revealed that she first met Graham when she was only 17, and it was later uncovered that Graham was a habitual statutory rapist, as he often hit on various young teenage girls (usually around the ages of 14 or 15), with one of his victims being Sharon Revie, who had an obsession with Graham's cohort, Johnny Deacon. Sarah went on to marry Graham, but sometime in September 1988, she and Graham had a spat that resulted in a separation. The argument was over Graham turning down an offer to have his own show, as Graham himself claimed, but it was indicated that Sarah had found out about Graham's past and the other girls in his life.

Three weeks later, Sarah turned villainous and burned down Roxy Radio, using her knowledge of pyrotechnics to commit the arson. The villainess hid out in the women's lavatory before escaping, with the fire growing in mass and killing Johnny Deacon. Sarah later reconciled with Graham, and she spent nearly a decade hiding her villainous secret until UCOS was on the case. After Georgina Achebe (who was fired prior to the arson) was cleared as a suspect, attention turned to Graham when it was originally believed that Johnny was the rapist and Graham was covering for him. It was during DSI Sandra Pullman and Brian Lane's interview with Sharon that revealed everything, as she learned that someone was in the women's lavatory on that day, and seeing as Sharon was the only woman working at Roxy Radio at the time, the arsonist had to be none other than Sarah.

Sarah denied everything at first and demanded to see Graham, but after Sandra played recording of Sharon revealing that Graham molested her, the evil Sarah confessed and spat in Graham's face upon seeing him. Afterwards, Sarah was arrested (off-screen) for arson and for Johnny's murder.
