Sara (Helga Line) is a secondary antagonist in the 1973 sci-fi “Santo vs Doctor Death”. The original title of the film was “Santo contra el doctor Muerte”.
An intruder enters a Mexican art museum and, unseen by the guards, sprays a famous painting ("Los borrachos" by Velázquez) with a substance that damages the artwork. Famous art expert and restorer Dr. Robert Mann (George Rigaud) is asked to work on restoring the canvas. However, Mann and his gang are behind the vandalism. He is attempting to amass the greatest collection of art the world has ever seen.
Mann uses a process that involves spraying the paintings with a special acid. The acid he uses is created from tumors extracted from the bodies of female models that he has held captive in his basement. Apparently, both Mann and Sara have been giving the girls daily injections of estrogen. This promotes the growth of fibroid tumors that in turn provide the special ingredient to his art duplicating formula. Sara assists Dr. Mann serving as his nurse. After surgically extracting the tumor, the two of them dump the body into an acid pit.
Mann makes an exact copy of the painting and then "exposes" this fraud to the museum authorities. Thus, he gets to keep the original in his private collection.
Sara is the sexy assistant for Dr. Mann, who also goes by the name “Doctor Death”.
Santo, famous masked wrestler and international secret agent, is asked to investigate the crime, since he's scheduled to wrestle in Spain anyway. He's teamed up with Paul, Agent 9004 (Carlos Romero Marchent), another Interpol agent, who proves his worth, when the two men are attacked by assassins in Santo's hotel room. After an excellent brawl, Santo and Paul triumph. They investigate Dr. Mann, but can prove nothing. However, one of Mann's live-in models named Ester (Maribel Hidalgo) tells Paul that each time a model finishes her work, she disappears and is never heard from again.
Interpol agent Susan (Mirta Miller) is sent to Mann's castle, substituting for a real model. However, Susan and Ester are caught while snooping around Mann's laboratory, and they are tossed into the dungeon with the other captives. Santo and Paul break into the castle and, eluding the various death traps, free the models. The models include Vicky, the Black haired model (Maria De la Casa); Sabine, the Redhead model (Eulalia del Pino).
Sara, Mann's assistant, falls into an acid bath used to dispose of dead bodies. Mann is captured and Santo avoids a terrible boat crash.
